Betsy is a graduate of Indiana University, where she majored in education. Her years of teaching experience have provided her with organizational skills to help her manage multiple calendars, meetings and tasks. Her outgoing personality and caring heart help make everyone feel welcome when they come to the office.
 
Betsy and her husband, Phil, have been married for nearly three decades, and they have five children: Braden, Chloe, Brett, Phoebe and Leah. Braden and his wife had their first child this fall, making Betsy a first-time grandmother! Chloe and Phoebe are both pursuing degrees in education. Brett is engaged and busy planning his big wedding. Leah is Betsy’s baby, but she’s already finishing high school. In her downtime, Betsy enjoys reading, watching Hallmark movies, snuggling her grandbaby and spending quality time with her family.
